By accessing or using FlagDash, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and API consumers.
FlagDash provides a feature flag management platform, remote configuration service, AI configuration management, and real-time update delivery via Server-Sent Events. The service includes a web dashboard, REST API, and client SDKs for various programming languages.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
You agree not to:
FlagDash offers Free, Premium, and Premium Plus plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through our payment provider (Polar.sh). You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
FlagDash provides two types of credentials: API keys (sk_ prefix, scoped to a project and environment) and Personal Access Tokens (pat_ prefix, for account-wide access). You are responsible for keeping your API keys and tokens confidential. API keys with read-only scopes are designed to be safe for use in client-side applications but only expose evaluated flag values.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
FlagDash retains all rights to the service, including software, documentation, and branding. You retain all rights to data you store in FlagDash, including flag configurations, remote config values, and AI config content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlagDash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
