Yes. You can upgrade between Free, Premium, and Premium Plus at any time. Your usage limits increase immediately. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Usually when a limit is the thing in your way: more than 20 teammates, or more than 1,000,000 API calls a month. Also when procurement needs something the self-serve plans do not carry, like a security review, a signed DPA, a custom SLA, or invoicing instead of a card. Pricing is negotiated per organization, monthly or annual, and we will tell you honestly if Premium Plus already covers you.

We track calls against the monthly allowance shown above and surface usage in the dashboard. When the allowance is exhausted, evaluated reads return 429 until the monthly counter resets or the plan is upgraded. SDK defaults should remain configured so your application fails safely.

Yes — 7 days of Premium features. We take your card at the start so the subscription continues without a gap, and charge nothing until day 7. Cancel before then from your billing settings and you are not billed at all.

Use a client-tier key with the pk_ prefix in browser and mobile applications. It returns evaluated values without exposing targeting rules, segments, or rollout percentages. Keep server-tier sk_ keys, personal access tokens, and management credentials on trusted servers only.

Yes. All 14 official client and server SDK libraries, the REST evaluation API, and OpenFeature/OFREP compatibility are available on Free, Premium, and Premium Plus. Your plan controls resource limits and operational features—not which programming language you can ship.

SDK evaluations fall back to the default value supplied by your application. Reads are cached, and realtime delivery is isolated from analytics, billing, webhooks, and other background work. Choose defaults that preserve the old, safe behaviour and test them before production.

Replay capture has both a session allowance and a storage allowance per calendar month. When either is exhausted, FlagDash refuses new captures without affecting flag or config reads. Existing recordings remain available for their normal 30-day retention window.

A release channel is a stable key that selects a versioned AI config through environment rules, targeting, or rollout. It lets applications follow a controlled release while prompt drafts and versions continue to change behind it.

Premium adds webhooks, customer audit logs, scheduled flag changes, MCP access, direct support, and higher or unlimited resource allowances. Premium Plus keeps those capabilities, adds GitOps (managing flags from a file in your repository) and Secrets (encrypted backend credentials, read only by your servers), and raises the scale limits for projects, environments, team members, API calls, AI config releases, and session replay.
